Se arrivi in una nuova citta' senza nulla, il modo più semplice per iniziare - dopo essersi fatti una passeggiata e aver preso un respiro profondo - e' trovare un lavoro in un locale. E se il cameriere non e' il tuo mestiere il bar e' la soluzione migliore. Piu' semplice da avere e da gestire, piu' redditizio e - se possibile - più divertente.

- Un caffe'?

- No, cioe' si', un cappuccio, ma vorrei chiederti delle info su come "applicare" da Starbucks. Un mio amico spagnolo si e` trasferito da pochi giorni qui a Londra e sta cercando lavoro in qualche bar o catena di caffe`. Puoi darmi qualche dritta?
